Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

•During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order weight

•Shipping destination

•Selected shipping method

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If you are located outside the United States, we are unable to process your order. Please check back in the future as we plan to expand our shipping destinations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and your package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, BigSouthStrength and Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number.

• Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will review your claim and work quickly to resolve the issue.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to:

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for the health and safety of our customers, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

The safety seal must be intact.

You must provide proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used supplements.

Products with broken or missing safety seals.

Clearance or final sale items.

Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace products only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
